Kathleen’s approach applies current research and practice in orthopedics, sports medicine and movement science to the principles of traditional Joseph Pilates methods. Any condition that alters or diminishes your ability to move without pain, correctly and efficiently is Kathleen’s specialty. Restoring your functional movement and helping you recover your overall fitness and well-being is her mission. Keller Method Pilates & Rehab offers a wellness road to recovery that can only be realized once pain is stabilized and alleviated.

Many Physicians, Chiropractors, Physiotherapists and Massage Therapists refer their patients to Kathleen and also see her for their own well-being. They understand that Pilates is very effective in re-educating and restoring function following neurological impairment such as stroke, MS and Parkinson’s, and that it is ideal for reducing the effects of aging, osteoporosis, and restoring vitality and health to cancer survivors.
